OBJECTIVE
Inspire Edmunds employees, inform them of the state of the company, communicate current objectives and build enthusiasm for the current company goals.
NARRATIVE
I worked in close partnership with senior executives, event program owners, and subject matter experts to develop end-to-end keynote programs. Each cycle, we would evaluate the state of the company, the overall morale, and look to the horizon as we developed the theme and subsequent structure of the comms, the pre-event team-building activity, and keynote presentation.
EXECUTION | TACTICS
I wrote the talk-track in concert with Executive stakeholders, develop the show-flow and create engaging visuals for the presentation to support and punctuate points in the script.
I then worked closely with the Work Experience team to come up with a team building activity that would reinforce the theme of the general session.
Attendee count was 500-700 employees from around the nation. The venues varied from The Broad Stage in Santa Monica to Royce Hall at UCLA.
RESULT
Employees reconnected with the organization's brand DNA and core goals and returned home re-energized, renewed with enthusiasm.

VIDEO: What if car-buying was easy?
I directed this video for the general session, but was subsequently repurposed for customer-facing use.
THEME: Trust Revisited
THEME: Promises Kept
THEME: High-Fidelity
This keynote was one of my favorites, because we had a closed live feed projected on a secondary screen. The audience was submitting questions and comments on the thread and the presenters were responding to them in real-time, so the presentation was more of a conversation than a keynote.
